My graduate education and clinical training focused on serving the needs of people affected by cancer and other chronic health conditions. My post-graduate education has continued to focus on this population with specialized training at centers of excellence including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. In addition to providing evidence-based support to cancer patients, survivors and caregivers, I have gained clinical experience and additional education counseling patients and caregivers navigating ALS, Parkinson’s Disease, dementia, multiple sclerosis, sickle cell disease, end stage kidney disease and organ transplant.
